Not the right fit? You've got 30 days from delivery to return or exchange any full-price item.

The rules

• Items must be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached.
• Refund or exchange, your choice.
• Exchanges: once we receive your return, we ship the new size free.
• Sale items: exchange or store credit only.

How to start a return

Email support@avadachi.com with your order number and whether you'd like a refund or an exchange. We'll reply with the return address and next steps.

Return postage

For change-of-mind returns, return postage is on you. We recommend a tracked service. Once we receive and check your item, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Faulty or wrong item?

Email us with your order number and a photo. We'll cover all shipping and make it right. This doesn't affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
